The Plan Commission meets on the third Tuesday of the month for all land use applications. Applications are typically due a minimum of four weeks in advance of the meeting date with additional time required around the holidays. Please see the proposed schedules below to plan your project accordingly. Please note that meeting schedule is subject to change.
Due to COVID-19, interested parties can now submit a Public Registration Form online in order to register in support or in opposition to an agenda item. Please fill out a Public Registration Form and email it to Lisa McNabola in the Planning & Zoning Department. Each Public Registration Form will be read out loud at the meeting. Public Registration Forms must be submitted by 4 p.m. on the day of the Plan Commission meeting.
If you would like to attend the meeting virtually to comment on an agenda item please contact Lisa McNabola in the Planning & Zoning Department. Interested parties should only request a virtual meeting link if they wish to provide a verbal comment. In-person attendance is also permitted, room occupancy is limited to 10 people and masks are required. A reminder that Plan Commission meetings are broadcast live by FACTv.
