  1. FItchburg Center Farmers Market

    August 17, 2017, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Agora Pavilion

    This community market, launched in 1998, has been steadily growing in size, diversity and following ever since. Located under the iconic Agora Pavilion, shoppers can stroll through the abundance of each season’s color and vibrancy. Visit with neighbors and friends while enjoying the beautiful prairie and pond setting. The market draws an average of 25 vendors from all over Southern Wisconsin selling everything from produce to flowers to baked goods and more. Watch for special events on the third Thursday of each month featuring local charities, demonstrations and live music.

  3. Agora Art Fair 2017

    Over 100 Wisconsin Artists will be showcased at the 9th Annual Fitchburg Agora Art Fair from every medium including: painting, ceramics, jewelry, photography, glass, metals, woodwork, mixed media, fiber and sculpture. In addition to wonderful art, there will be live music, a brew and wine garden, a Children's Art Yard, local food and beverage vendors, retailer specials, Hand-On-Art Experience and Art in the Wind exhibit.     Fitchburg’s Resource Conservation Commission has teamed up with Hy-Vee Fitchburg to reward shoppers who bring reusable bags when they go grocery shopping on Saturday, August 26 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. During this BYOB (bring your own bag) event, customers entering the store with reusable bags will receive a $5 gift card for Hy-Vee’s Market Grill. Customers can also purchase reusable bags from Hy-Vee for $1 each to receive even more rewards! Don’t worry if you don’t already have a reusable shopping bag! Hy-Vee will be selling bags for $1 per bag with a one-cent fuel saver included for each bag purchase.
