Strong Armed Robbery-2956 Fish Hatchery Rd.

The below release has been corrected to reflect today's date, December 16, 2019.


On December 16, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Fitchburg Police officers responded to the Kelley Williamson Mobil gas station, 2956 Fish Hatchery Rd, for a strong armed robbery.  Officers learned that the suspect entered the store, shoved an employee to the ground, and stole an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing.  A K9 track was conducted, but the suspect was not located. 

Suspect Description: Male with a thin build, wearing a black coat with brown fur on the hood, gray sweatpants, and white sneakers.

The Fitchburg Police Department was assisted by the Town of Madison Police Department, the Madison Police Department, and the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.  The investigation is ongoing.
