The Fitchburg Historical Society, Dane County Historical Society, and Fitchburg Public Library are partnering to bring well known author and professor, Dr. Bob Kann to speak about the struggle required to pass the constitutional amendment giving woman the vote. Learn the fascinating stories of courage, perseverance, and political know-how it took over several generations of advocacy to achieve the vote for women.
