Dawley Conservancy is a 42-acre Fitchburg conservation area that is part of a larger system of public lands. The Capital City State Trail runs through the property,
Bicyclists can now take a break and tune up their bikes at the Dawley Bike Hub!
This natural area consists of woodland on both sides of Seminole Highway and grassland and prairie adjacent to Dunn’s Marsh on the west side of the highway. A 12-acre prairie was planted in phases throughout the 1980s and into the 1990s.
