Street use permits are required for most events that utilize or close a street in the City of Fitchburg. See below to determine if your event will require a permit. All events requesting street use or closing must submit the appropriate application to the Clerk's Office. Downloaded forms must be printed, completed, and submitted with the appropriate fee to the Clerk's Office. In general, requests for street use permits fall into three categories. The Fitchburg General Ordinances establishing these permits is Chapter 27.
