The City of Fitchburg is partnering with Pellitteri Waste Systems, Resource Solutions, and the Fitchburg Police Department for its annual fall recycling event.

Gather up to 3 grocery bags of confidential paper for shredding, old electronics for recycling (note: batteries are not accepted at this event), and unused/expired medications for safe disposal, and bring them to Fitchburg’s City Hall on October 15th. MedDrop is open year-round, so if you only have medication, feel free to stop by City Hall Police Department at another time and beat the wait.

For paper shredding and electronics recycling, please enter from the east driveway on Lacy Rd; the Med Drop can be accessed from the Research Park Drive entrance.
