Incident Details:

On Friday, May 14, investigators followed up on an investigative lead related to a May 11 shots fired incident that occurred in the 2800 block of Oregon Road. During the course of their follow-up, investigators identified Adonius E. Paul, 24, as a suspect and took him into custody. A search warrant, conducted at an apartment connected to Paul in the 2700 block of Novation Parkway, led to the discovery of a stolen handgun.

The investigation into the incident continues, as investigators believe Paul was engaged in the exchange of gunfire with at least one occupant of a vehicle.  Multiple gunshots were fired during the incident in an apartment complex parking lot and in the area of Highway 14.
