How does the application process work?

Applicants must submit an employment application and answer any required supplemental questions. The applicant is responsible for submitting a complete City of Fitchburg application. If the application does not have the minimum qualifications as listed on the job posting, then the applicant will be notified and will not move forward in the selection process. Additional information will not be accepted after the application deadline date.  If the applicant meets the minimum qualifications, the applicant will be informed of the next step in the recruitment process which may include a review of the supplemental questions, testing and/or interviews.
