On Monday, April 17, 2018 at approximately 11:26 p.m., Fitchburg Officers were dispatched to the Speedway gas station at 2810 Fish Hatchery Road for an armed robbery that had just occurred.
A masked man entered the store and displayed a handgun to the store clerk before demanding money. After taking money from the register the suspect then fled the area on foot. The suspect was described as a black male, approximately thirty years of age, six feet tall with stocky build, wearing a black jacket and black pants.
