If you are expecting a refund due to an over-payment on your property tax bill, please be advised the City has started processing the refunds and will be issuing them as follows: payments received through 12/17/14 will be issued by 1/2/15; payments received through 12/24/14 will be issued by 1/9/15; and payments received through 12/31/14 will be issued by 1/16/15. The refund checks will be sent to the address on your property tax bill.
