Summary:
On September 4th, 2015 at approximately 12:07 AM Fitchburg Police were dispatched to the 2900 block of Fish Hatchery Rd for a report of shots fired. The investigation revealed that two male subjects were seen running next to an apartment complex, while a dark colored sedan was leaving the area quickly northbound on Fish Hatchery Rd. During this time frame shots were fired in the area.
One of the rounds fired entered an apartment bedroom window and traveled through the bedroom area. Another round fired caused damaged to a parked vehicle.
Injuries:
There were no injuries reported during this incident.
Suspects:
The subjects seen running were described as:
Male black, 5’8” to 5’10” with a medium build and dreadlocks. He was wearing a dark colored camouflage football type jersey with the number 85 or 35 upon it.
Male black, 6’00” wearing a dark blue shirt and blue jeans.
The vehicle was described as a dark colored sedan.
Arrests:
No one is in custody at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
