Join Fitchburg Planning/Zoning Staff & PlaceMakers LLC, in a workshop on the City's SmartCode Zoning District. The workshop will be held at the Fitchburg Public Library on Monday, November 30, 2015 and Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
The SmartCode District is the city's Traditional Neighborhood Design Ordinance (TND). The Code places emphasis on form and scale and works to create walkable, mixed-use development.
