On April 22, 2016 at 7:17 a.m. a 5 year old child was walking to a school bus pick up point. A 35 to 45 year old, white male, driving a Black Mercedes stopped and asked the child, "Is this your bus or is that your bus." The male drove away rapidly when he observed an adult in the area.
