Through the cooperative efforts of the Fitchburg and Madison Police Departments, an 11 year-old juvenile male and 25 year-old male were identified and taken into custody on January 9, 2017 for their suspected involvement in one strong-arm robbery and multiple thefts that have taken place in both communities. Upon their arrests, the juvenile male was taken to the Dane County Juvenile Reception Center and the 25 year-old male was taken to the Dane County Jail.
The Fitchburg Police Department is in the process of referring the following charges against the 11-year-old juvenile to the Dane County District Attorney’s Office:

Felony Theft
1/6/17: Cost Cutters, 3000 Cahill Main

1/5/17: Tabby & Jacks Pet Supplies, 2970 Cahill Main

7/4/16: Pick N Save, 3010 Cahill Main

The Fitchburg Police Department is in the process of referring the following charges against the 25 year-old male to the Dane County District Attorney’s Office:

Party a Crime Strong Armed Robbery
Party to a crime Felony Theft
Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor
