The City of Fitchburg and Fitchburg Community and Economic Development Authority (CEDA) are pleased to announce the Community Development Grant Program, available for all City of Fitchburg not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations along with not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations that serve Fitchburg residents.
These grants will have a focus area of arts and culture; children and youth; community and economic development; the elderly; the environment; learning; and organizational capacity building. These funds are intended to assist programming needs of not-for-profits, and should have a long-term impact on residents and/or physical environments in Fitchburg. $50,000 is available for 2017 and the City intends to allocate funds over the next few months.
Grant application materials are available on the City's website, http://www.fitchburgwi.gov/DocumentCenter/View/15723, and will be accepted starting September 1, 2017. Applications will be accepted until all funding has been allocated.
