Members
Members serve 3-year staggered terms.
Composition
The zoning board of appeals shall be comprised of: five citizen members and two alternates. The mayor shall annually (between April 30 and May 31) designate one of the members as chairperson and designate two alternate members.
Summary of Duties
The zoning board of appeals shall have the powers and duties prescribed by Wis. Stats. §62.23(7) and by City Ordinance chapters Zoning, Land Division, Architectural Control, and Building Regulations. Additionally, such other duties as may be described by statute or ordinance.
