[ARCHIVED] Brush and Yardwaste Collection Week

City Brush and Yardwaste Collection begins Monday May 8, 2017. Crews will begin collection first thing Monday morning, May 8th and will continue until complete. They will only come by one time within the week so items should be placed at the curb by the Monday morning of collection and according to the brush guidelines at http://www.fitchburgwi.gov/205/Brush-Collection, length must be less than 5 feet long, and less than 6 inches in diameter and yardwaste guidelines at http://www.fitchburgwi.gov/220/Yard-Waste-Collection.  The collection may not take place on your actual refuse day. For questions, please contact Pellitteri Waste Systems at 608-257-4285. The next brush only collection will be the week of May 22-26, 2017. Yardwaste may also be taken to the Fitchburg Recycle drop off site at 2373 S. Fish Hatchery Rd. see information on the drop off site at http://www.fitchburgwi.gov/214/Recycling-Drop-Off-Site.
